Mind-mapping
The first thing I did was mind-map ideas and qualities I wanted the alphabet to have. Each letter needs to be simple, distinguishable, and look like they belong together in a set.
Thumbnails
I thumbnailed some ideas for some letters. I focused on my three favourite letters E(Echo), W(Whiskey), and R(Romeo).
Digital sketches
I tried out different line designs and colour schemes digitally. I also experimented with designs for the letter E(Echo).
